Good interview with Deignan in the Indo. A mention to Irvine on his bronze in the Euros.
Anyone ever tried track cycling? I must admit, Iâd fucking love to give it a lash, looks like good craic.
Track bikes have no brakes. Could be good craic alright. Iâve seen what I think is 26 countiesâ only track in Kimmage. Itâs not exactly olympic standard.
That took a few reads until I figured out it had nothing to do with Paul Kimmage.
Been on the track a good few times. Boring as fuck, and hard work if you are training.

Tour de France route announced this week
http://www.cyclingnews.com/tour-de-france/stages
Starting in Yorkshire. Just the one individual TT on the second last day. No team TT. 5 or 6 summit finishes and a cracking descent into Saint Etienne. No Alpe dâHuez (no harm imho).
Froome will be the favourite of course but the low number of TT kms means it will be Nibaliâs best ever chance to win the Tour. Wonât be bad for Dan Martin either.
Cobbles a danger to all contenders.
Big time. Forgot to mention that. Will make it interesting though.
Will indeed. They will all want to be near the front and surrounded by teammates. Wonât be enough road. If it rains it will be really hairy.
Yeah. hope it pisses down.
Me too
Sky wouldnât have the roadcraft to handle a situation like that. Nibali has a great chance.
