Kilkenny will be fairly happy with that performance from the B team / youngsters in the infamous Wexford Park. Wexford will be disappointed they had to bring their stars on at the end to get them over the line against such a weak KK team

It was a very good display by Kilkenny for the first 50 minutes. They put us to the pin of our collars.

Yes , CB last year on U21 team. Daycent Hurler but wont be turning heads on the inter county scene. From what I’ve seen of him the league would have been his time to shine as he’s missing that yard of pace that could see him getting a hole opening during the Summer months.

Genetics can be a bit of a lottery, the young lad is daycent and has been coached well along the way; very good striker and technically good.
Both sides can take positives from this afternoon’s display. From a Kk perspective they can take confidence from today’s display and be assured they have nothing to fear when they inevitably meet the reigning Leinster champions later in the year.
