On the above maps the school is marked with a red X (first map) or the red blob in the second map. Killester Dart Station is marked as 1 and Harmonstown DART Station is market as 2.

Buses passing down the Howth Road past the side of the school are:

  • 29a
  • any 31 except X
  • any 32 except X

DARTs to either Howth or Malahide will stop at Killester and Harmonstown (except one or two very rare express DARTs that don’t stop until Howth Junction).

Are we likely to get beaten up out here in suits? I always wear a suit to games, professional to the last.

What time would one need to avail of Dublin Area Rapid Transit from Landsdowne Road to ensure timely arrival at St Paul’s having alighted at Killester and taking getting lost and a strenuous pre-match routine into account?

Check www.dart.ie for times. Journey should be 20-25 minutes.

I’d say Harmostown is nearer but only a 10 minute walk from either. If you go to Harmonstown I can pick you up or one of the guys is getting a DART that gets him into Raheny at 6:15 and I’m collecting him from that so you could go for that DART.

It’s not rough Tinnion, you’ll get respected for the suit.

Might head to Harmonstown so. If you don’t hear from me, I don’t want the lift. Sometimes I prefer to mentally prepare for a game on my own.
