I did it from amazon - napue gin - via parcel motel in NI. One got stopped. One got through.

Did you get refunded the one they stopped?
No. Email to say seized by revenue. I didn’t follow up.
I think if you specify amazon packaging it has a better chance of getting through. I think the one I had seized I omitted to do that.

No it wasn’t. I only did it as Napue not available here.
I’ve done it a few times through amazon and Addresspal. However Addresspal in uk blocked my latest delivery at end of April and returned to sender. The problem is the person signing for it has to prove they’re 18. Whether that happens in practice all the time I don’t know. Got my money back from amazon after about a month.

Me man in An Post tells me all amazon post is being opened at the moment so chances of getting through AddressPal are slim. It’s happening with parcel motel and parcel wizard too. You’ll get refunded by amazon if address pal return it. In other cases it may end up with Revenue

I’d suggest there isn’t a prayer of picking up a bottle of this gear at the weekend.
