Dolores O'Riordan, Nembo getting increasingly demented, fascinating to watch

It’s how you tell em.

It was a day of real quality.

‘Twas badly needed truth told.

Willing death on a poster’s sick wife is really getting the upper alright…

I loved this reply from Sid to Braz’s “it’s in your head” quip.

@braz83, I’ve belatedly given your post the like it richly deserved. You shouldn’t have needed to resort to explaining it later on in the thread.

Didn’t see that on this thread, where is it?

In the pile, mate…I’m sure Foley quoted it back at one stage.

@Tim_Riggins was very very good today

This sid fella obviously doesn’t work with 10,000 posts a day? Sad really.

@Tim_Riggins is at his very best when he recalls his secondary school debating team days and really goes after a post or poster in the format:

  1. introduction,
  2. main thrust of argument,
  3. pre-empt and disprove potential counter arguments,
  4. drive argument home once more,
  5. conclusion & recommendation.

Sid referred to him as Dimmy not long back, Tim wasn’t gonna forget that

The last paragraph (conclusion) of that post was probably the greatest composition ever produced on this forum.
I physically winced reading it.

Ye we all love seeing some cunt getting flattened, it’s human nature

Jesus some lads on here have way too much time on their hands…

You must be very familiar with the feeling?

As is your wife, no doubt.

Syphilis maybe?

Debating was in a bit of a lull at my school when I was there, not that I would have even if they had a debating programme like they do now. At college I avoided LawSoc and the L&H like the plague. I do though admit that I am exactly the type of dickhead who would have enjoyed debating with some second year History and Politics student about banning products from Coca Cola on the college grounds because of alleged human rights abuses. I just repressed the true me. It wasn’t until I was forced to Moot with some of Ireland’s youngest legal minds that I found my true calling, and thus a TFK poster was born.

You do seem the repressed sort.

Could you point me towards it
