I’d be terribly interested in knowing what spurious grounds this unmitigated cunt is grasping at to seek a review of the Judge’s decision here.
He was 6 (six) times over the limit and any challenge to the decision smacks of entitlement. The Judge should have banned the fucker for 10 years and fined him at the least €1k. He was deserving of a custodial sentence the more I think of it.
The nearest and dearest of those killed by murderous drunken cunts like this lad must feel short-changed by the sentence handed down. A joke.
