It’s a very odd one. Apparently did the drug test in front of an Asada tester but there was gatorade in the sample. So I dont know if they actually have a sample, did he try fake putting the drink in or what. A really really odd drug test failure. Bad start for the eagles here against Geelong too

Sun Yang has been banned from swimming for 8 years, effectively ending his career. The Court of Arbitration for sport has upheld the WADA ruling against him.
Expect massive blowback from China about this. They will take sanctions with the Olympics. If it goes ahead of course. Maybe Covid-19 was a pre-emptive strike.
