It would be hilarious if meath beat Dublin on Sunday and the game wasn’t live on tv.

Meath were impressive against Longford alright but they also lost to Kildare and Mayo in the league. There was hype about them last year and then they were absolutely destroyed in the Leinster final.

Essentially an away game. Gonna be a cauldron for some of Dublins inexperienced players with 3 sets of Muldoon supporters baying for their blood. Hopefully they can get through it

Yeah it is going to be a baptism of fire for this inexperienced squad and management team. Hope they have enough to get by Meath.
The best thing that could happen now is to lose on Sunday.
They are gone like Crossmaglen went around 2008/9 and are more afraid to lose than want to actually win.
A defeat could reinvigorate them for next season and they might go back to playing boom-bust football which would suit this current crop of players.
After all the criticism and ridicule Leinster counties have got over the past 10 years it would be brilliant if it was within the province that the Dubs reign was finally ended.
