Some right mismatches in the football championship today.
One that wasn’t was one I had to finish level in two accumulators - Ballyboden v Cuala. It did.

It did cross my mind that it could be Wexford given the relative proximity. Wicklow need a new manager too.
Would boden not be expected to bate Cuala? And Con didn’t play apparently

Savage game between Castleknock and Whitehall. End to end goalfest. Castleknock 3-13 to 2-14 ahead after 57 minutes.
Hilarious goal 6 minutes into injury time wins it 3-16 to 3-14 for Whitehall. Costello had a free to level the game from an acute angle on the right, the ball dropped short and the goalkeeper and the defender on the line somehow contrived to bundle it into their own net.

Ballymun’s defence is wide open to goals. Two goals for the Basquels since half time. Ballymun got a debatable enough penalty in between which Rock converted.
Ballymun one up halfway through the second half.
Third goal for Boden.
Fourth goal for Boden. MDMA just waltzed through and any of three of them could have put it in.
Boden get their first point of the second half 25 minutes in. To add to the four goals.
Who was centre back for ballymun ? Bodens last few goals had about 3 men over on ballymun defence
Ballymun are going nowhere fast if they don’t get James McCarthy back. They have to beat Cuala in the last match to qualify. Cuala stuck 4-11 past Clontarf.
Thought from start boden would be contenders but Think crokes are level above …boden made hard work of a poor ballymun team
Darragh Conlon was 6 for Ballymun.
They had a lad Dillon Keating who kept shooting and couldn’t hit a barn door. I only saw the second half but you’d barely have known Dean Rock was playing. Yer man Cameron McCormack was easily their best forward followed by a sub who came on late on.
Though I though Ballymun should have had another penalty late on which would have reduced the margin to one.
Boden are hard dogs who seem to find a way more than they should.
