Just back from a jog… Cold and dark.
I’ll breakfast in London before 9. Lovely light this time of year as we leave Dublin.

Woke up there at about 630. Clock going back fucked me over. In the end got up did my physio exercises so I’d have a clear run at the day. The exertion moved something inside me and I had a very satisfying Tom Kite. Looked outside and noticed a frost so I said fuck that and I was back under the covers before 7. Just had two solid hours Kip again there now and I’m awake again.
In fairness I don’t know how ye do it
