A horrible thought

It was barely visible in the temperature.

Fair play, you’re nice and early, just heading out the door for a trot

Greenland looking stunning there flatty.

Peak district. Horizontal snow up there now my pal tells me.

Would you have something to eat before jogging in the morning or would you be straight out the door?

I know a few fat lads who’d forgo the breakfast and go for a run as it’s supposed to be a good fat burner, as long as you go some bit fast

It’s complicated, I never run after eating, usually a quick double espresso and out, you need to run quite slowly to ensure that fat rather than carb stores are being burned but ideally for longer than I can give it on a week morning

I think it’s slow you need to be going. Fasted walking is a thing to burn fat, but it’s for people doing a lot of other exercise, body builders and the likes trying to lose a but more fat.
