Unless you’re staying in a hotel, they never serve bleakest before dawn
Up since 05:30 with the youngest. Thank God for Milkshake
Its so fucking busy. Scrambling now.
Investments overall fucked.
In 2008, it was banking and construction, there was a floor…there is no bottom now. Its like @Juhniallio diving into high rock in the middle of the night and never coming back up…just gone…night swimming with another young man and then he is gone…
Landlords (not @myboyblue 's belmayne apartment) getting told to fuck off. There’s still loans to pay back! There’s no holiday, no grace, interest only if lucky.
Government need more clarity of assistance. Landlords of shops and businesses cant just take the hit!
Business Interruption insurance isn’t geared up for this madness either.
Bus Int. has to be material loss?
- Closing your pub/shop from a virus and government directive isn’t a material loss!
NO
What’s a material loss?
- Well if there was a fire in your pub and you couldn’t open.
Look its the Virus !!!
I SAID NO
- What is the virus?
Covid-19 ? - Not mentioned on the policy!..Sars and Mers are somewhat covered, any issue with those???
NO NO NO
No. You Cunt, its a fucking new virus and a killer, hence the shut down!
There is no insurance saviour coming…
Buckle in lads.
The virus is called SARS-CoV-2, so just call it SARS for short.
We are facing complete economic collapse unless governments and central banks get their act together. Helicopter money, mortgages and loans being frozen for at least 3 months, etc.
Paul Sommerville said Helicopter Money was useless.
I don’t know if McWilliams is right or Sommerville is right.
What I do know, is you know fuck all.!!!
The best thing you could do is start posting home made meals we could make. Not Mexican shit either.
I’ll do my best mate.
Checking in. Just into office and will be out again by 8. Work at home till about noon. All a bit unplanned workwise.
Get your shit together Kid
Signing in from the bed doing the morning feed.
Up for some yoga shortly then into the home office
I went for a run earlier. It was splendid, so it was.
I have to do some yoga: I suspect my home office chair purchased in IKEA is not as ergonomically supportive as my regular office chair. My back isn’t in the best shape at the end of the day. The yoga exercises might help alleviate things
I did my last bit of ‘nice to do’ shopping in IKEA last Friday before they finished up. Needed to get some gear for the home office too. That section was easily the busiest in the store.
I just took my office chair home tbh, but then not everyone can do that.
Come on lads. Don’t want to be getting into bad habits. I’m only up out of it myself
I am rising at 7 these days as my commute has been drastically reduced still at my desk before 8 though
I’m up at six now. The sun rise was beautiful this morning.
Aye a smashing morning it is
Up and at them
The lack of commute is a game changer
Commercial property is dead.
