I was in town earlier and I gave Rocko a shout to meet him to give him my season card for Sunday’s derby so he could pass it onto one of the other lads.
Anyway, I was chatting to him and he mentioned that his mp3 player was broken and he needed to bolt up to Peat’s to get it fixed or replaced.
I asked him what the story was and he explained that the actual mp3 player seemed to be powering up fine and was in working order but he couldn’t hear any sound out of it.
So, I just looked at it and asked had he considered the possibility that the earphones were simply broken and not the mp3 player itself.
And the clown was standing there with a big, goofy head on him as I grabbed his mp3 player and popped in the earphones from my own one and sure enough it was working fine.
What an idiot. Apparently it’s been like that for months and he never even thought of trying different earphones in it.

Unbelievably shocking stuff being spouted by Rocko there. As an aside, my own mp3 player was broken for the last while but I have it back working again. It’s playing like a dream now.

From my point of view I have heard Bandage going on about his broken MP3 player for months now. I never heard Rock say anything about his being broken. Not that that may mean anything…
