iā€™d take this advice coming from anyone but the dumbest fuck on the forum

It seems lads are melting down over the fact rugby fans arenā€™t melting down.

Leave, pal.

2012

Time has flown

I quite like it, inside your head mateā€¦ I think Iā€™ll stick aroundā€¦ How much you charging?

Does it take much intelligence to work as a gofer for a professional gambler to get his bets on and then pass them off as your own on a niche website?

Iā€™ve never done that

the main difference being these project players would have quite happily moved to Wales or Scotland and played for them first for the right coin

You can understand why a lad born in England would want to play for England before Ireland. Itā€™s a fairly unique circumstance caused by 800 years of occupation that leads to the situation where lads born abroad consider themselves Irish and English

You can live there as long as it makes you feel good about your internet persona.

do you feel good about yours?

I donā€™t take it too seriously so itā€™s not something I think or care about.

Try it.

so youā€™ve about a decade put down, with 5 months of your life spent reading the website and over 50K posts, I think your actions belie your words.

Kevin Kilbane turned down the chance to play with England u-18s because he wanted to play for Ireland. There was a lad capped for Ireland rugby recently who said his greatest honour was to play for England u-20s in rugby. The FAI make the most of the granny rule, the IRFU make the most of the granny rule and the mercenary rule.

Whatā€™s this now?

Its absolutely bizarre. Someone started a thread about great Irish sporting capitulations.

Yesterdayā€™s massive capitulation by the Irish rubby team was rightly called out, then when other posters started putting up some other irish sporting capitulations fellas started losing the rag.

Maybe I misread the thread title but I didnt think it was a thread solely to discuss yesterdays game? I seem to have triggered a lot of lads and for that I unreservedly apologise.

I went out there for a few hours (to a poor quality Junior rubby match as it happens) and when i came back fellas were using this thread to bitch about the project players again. A million miles off topic. Lads are absolutely seething.

It is fascinating to watch
