Young seems to be fighting it out with Nani to be the 2nd winger as Valencia is the clear preferred choice of Ferguson. The ball more than often than not is coming down Valencias side with Rafael overlapping him. United dont have a target man so if you have two decent centre backs you should deal with most of the crosses with ease which can be frustrating as its gets very predictable very quickly. Nani being left out the squad is not a good sign for his United future. If the club got a decent offer before the window closes he will be gone.
Fergie seems happy with the centre midfielders at the moment. Carricks performances in the midfield have been missed in the last couple of games. Evans was on the bench yesterday so hopefully he will back next Sunday against Southampton and Carrick can be moved back into the midfield to give it a better balance.
