Strange to see the marking alignment for the goal. Thought Vidic would have picked up Fellani, Evertonās best aerial threat.
Been better since the goal. Everton inviting them on in truth. Rooney starting to look more threatening.
Gibson is having a fine game, his set piece delivery has been excellent too.
Iāve always liked the cut of Jagielka, it takes a fair player to deal with having Tony Hibbert beside you.
Jagielka is a typical Brit defender - all brawn, no brains.
I get the feeling United would settle for that tonight.
Yeah was thinking that too. As regular readers will know Iām not a big fan of Carrick but he shouldnāt really have been given that responsibility and he canāt do much about not being as good in the air as Fellaini.
Anyone catch the number of different pronunciations of Kagawa has been used tonight?
Young on, penalty canāt be far away so.
Nani nothing short of awful tonight. Get him off now.
+1 about time
Kagawa and Rooney seem to have a good understanding already. Lots of link ups and crossovers. Can see them assisting each other for a fair few goals over the course of the season.
āItās a decent crossā as Evra in loads of room hits the first defender with a pathetic effort.
Seamie Coleman
Van Persie looks sharp too. Kagawa the only bright spot for United tonight. They have been pretty awful with Evra and Nani being particularly disappointing.
Evra sees the colour blue right?
Left wing was dire for United.
Excellent performance from Everton, completely strangled United and left them with no space at all.
Kagawa and De Gea the only bright points for United.
Everton deserved it for their attacking the first 60 and defending they did the last half an hour. United a work in progess.
Tough on myoofc. They could learn a little from City yesterday in how Champions win games when all seems lost. Theyāll learn though, still favourites for the title no doubt as Mancini would agree.
Heās declined enormously in the last two seasons. Hard to see the Dutch player united have bought today as the short term replacement either.
City will walk this
