Iāve been reasonably impressed by England thus far. They arent the rabble they were at the last World Cup. Lacking quality in midfield but organised and competent at the same time. Seem to have got giddy after scoring and retreated to the 18 yard box.
Young has been very dangerous, horrible effort from Milner after he played him in.
France have better individual players but Iām struggling to understand what they are trying to do going forward. Need Ribery and Benzema to start playing a little closer together for a start
Thought England played pretty well for the first quarter and they actually scored as France were getting to grips with them. France dominated the last 15 minutes though - maybe a combination of the way the game was developing and England dropping too deep after scoring. Debuchy has been very impressive for France at right back.
