Yes UEFA have changed the seedings so we will be in a group with England, France, Germany, Italy, Holland and the Harlem Globetrotters.

Denmark are very poor and Croatia are a spent force Id be very diappointed if we didnt come out of that group.

Did Denmark not win their group in world cup qualifying? Ahead of Portugal. Very decent team by all reports. Croatia look to be in decline but would probably still beat us at home.
Replace them with Romania, Sweden or Switzerland so, we shouls take all of these teams home and away.
What was the last “decent” team we beat away in qualifting? I remember us getting draws at best.

Is that due to a lack of ambition on behalf of successive managers? Or an overestimation of how good we are? I remember completely dominating teams at home and then going away and vey obviously playing not to lose rather than going for the win. Would be a huge boost in any qualifying group to get an away win early against the “better” teams.
Rememebr the game against Holland (2000?) where we led by 2 and ended up drawing. We were miles better that night untill we began to brick it in the latter stages. Would be great to see the kind of ambition we showed in the early stages of that game again

Croatia will be very handy againg soon, with Kranjcar and Modric as well as a few others i’d say they’d be a good bit better than the Bulgarian team we couldn’t beat.
As a top seed team Croatia are as bad as it gets at the moment. They were terrible in WC qualifying.

Yea its hard to know, I remember we destroyed spain in Seville in '92 but were robbed by a brutal refereeing(linesman) decision
