Why the hate for Ger Canning on here?
He might phone it in at times but on the big days he’s always top class.

Noticeable that Denmark have worn three different shirts in their three group games so far.
There was a red with white sleeves Arsenal-type version in the opening game v Finland followed by a plainer red effort v Belgium. Tonight’s white jersey seems to be the reverse of the strip from the Belgium game.

I’m enjoying Ger sprinkling random facts into his commentary. He’s really getting the most of the briefing pack UEFA publish for each fixture. Thomas Delaney’s Irish forefathers, Simon Kjaer’s 8 professional clubs in his career to date, Kasper Schmeichel’s cap tally versus his father and so on.
