He puts his foot up to block (with studs showing). He doesnât swing his leg with studs up. Kane kicks him with his follow through.

They really havenât. Since VAR theyâve been giving penalties when defenders catch attackers after theyâve shot or crossed the ball which were never given before. But always when the defender initiates the contact. A striker kicking a defender with their follow through should never be a penalty.
If the Kane one is a penalty that is a penalty on Malen.

Very odd for a professional soccer football player to roll around theatrically after a foul and then miraculously recover, something fishy going on there.
