The ref has obviously spent a fair amount of time slicking his hair. He looks like an ss officer.
The left back has started a lot of attacks, just bursting past Abada and shrugging him off. The goal originated from a surge from him and he’s been at it since too.

Finally beginning to get back some control and composure. We had started brightly but they very much dominated after the goal.

Think we played okay in that half, obviously better in the second quarter.
They’re handy operators and slick enough.
Not really picking out the killer final pass yet, even though some build up play has been nice. Usually O’Riley at the heart of it.
A couple of below par individual displays aren’t helping matters though. I think Greg Taylor has been brutal for example.
Don’t think that Rogic - O’Riley combination has worked out. They found it easy to pass it through us or around us for a while there. As @Bandage says, much of it came from the left back starting it but then they had guys in the centre drifting behind our midfield and we were slow to recover.
In fairness to O’Riley he has turned the tables and pushed forward and done well to pin them back. Bit unfortunate with a couple of touches around the box but he’s looked dangerous. Rogic hasn’t been great. He’s not working too well with Abada and his touch hasn’t been brilliant.
Taylor played a great pass after 2 seconds but has been wasteful since. Juranovic has had a few poor passes too but he’s won the ball back himself each time in fairness.
We’ve played well for the last 15 minutes or so and can cause them problems if we keep up that pace and have the likes of Hatate and Giakoumakis to come in.
