Thought we were good for the second half of that half. More control about our game and a couple more half chances.
We still look open to the ball in behind but Juranovic covered well on that last one. We really invite that pass all the time though and our full backs aren’t always around to cover given how we play them.
Think we’ve done well enough all over. Wingers have been dangerous. Kyogo quiet but took his goal well. Midfield have grown into it. Bitton has been caught out positionally a couple of times but his use of the ball and speed in possession got a lot better as the half went on.

+1. It’s often looked like a simple straight ball between Welsh and Juranovic will leave them with a run in on goal. Ralston, CCV and Welsh (particularly the latter) are giving me the fear passing it around the back. Either half slipping or dallying on it too long. But I’m being a bit picky. We’ve got into some very good attacking positions when we’ve played through their initial press/pressure. Think there’s been two occasions when McGregor and Turnbull had shots from the edge of the box when a little disguised pass could have put Kyogo in. We’ve had a few moments when more care with the last pass and we could have been in.
Jota has a superb attitude.
