His reasons for joining Roma to work with this particular manager seem a bit odd to me, sure he was already playing in the Premier League and scoring goals before falling out of favour at Brighton when they changed manager. Then he went on loan to join up again with the manager who have him his big break and that didnāt exactly work out.
Roma manager is famous for getting crosses into the box apparently, none of this cutback bullshit.
Ah Graham Potterās role in Fergusonās early success at Brighton is overplayed. Iām fairly sure that he scored all of his senior Brighton goals under Roberto De Zerbi who now manages Marseille.
