Heartbreak for Leeds

They’ll be happy enough. Rested a few lads tonight and put it up to a PL team. Archie Gray played a few lads worth hundreds of millions off the park. Heads held high in defeat and focus back on the league now to chase down Leicester

Joseph another option now too. Archie Gray though

Tis mad that the 2 best centre midfielders are filling in as a full back and a centre half. Cooper is a liability now though so no need for him to start another game all season.

Wolves are absolutely purring under Gary O’Neil. Mark Robins’ Coventry City at home for them in the Sixth Round Proper.

64 years since the men from Molineux made the FA Cup final.

@BruidheanChaorthainn had him written off last summer despite the excellent job he’d done last season. He really laid the foundations for Iraola this season.

He had Bournemouth purring too last season. This Iraola chap is doing passably and will surely keep them up but two of three bottom teams are dogshit and Luton aren’t much more than harmless gallant triers. The jury is still out.

Wolves have got better the longer the season has gone on and they’ve a good run of fixtures coming up in the league and could pick up a lot more points yet. A top six finish mightn’t be beyond them.

Liverpool and City fighting for the league title

united fighting for relevance

Small bites.

I’d be shocked if a team outside those two wins the FA Cup.

O Neill was unfairly sacked at Bournemouth but it’s a very rare case where it’s worked out well for both parties

Unbelievable scenes. And Wolves had scored in the 84th & 88th minutes themselves having been 1-0 down & their fans were giving it big licks to the Coventry fans. The magic of the FA Cup, Coventry’s second ever time advancing to the semi-finals after their famous victory in 1987. What entertainment for a footix like me who turned it on at half time of the stick hurling & witnessed the last 4 goals.

That’s incredible because according to Des Cahill on RTÉ radio 1 earlier, Coventry lost the Welsh derby today.
