If Michael o Neill brings the O6 to the Euros will there be any windfall for Shamrock Rovers???
cobh got thumped by killester as predicted
Liffey Wanderers went down gallantly 3-2 away to Athlone. The lads were probably still hungover from the epic celebrations following their junior cup triumph, they brought parts of Pearse Street to a standstill during the marathon session
in terms of scum, how would these lads compare to Sheriff YC?
i heard Roddy got some doing out at Tolka Rovers last night:D

I’m not sure what you mean by scum, but LWFC would be the southside inner city version of Sherriff. They all come from the traditional working class areas of Pearse st, Townsend st and Gran Canal st, it was a tremendous achievement when they beat Sherriff in the junior final, think they were 10/1 for the game!
Not surprised to hear poor oul Roddy got abused at Fran Cooke park, it must seem like a lifetime ago when he was winning the double with Bohs. Fair play to Tolka though, hopefully they get another home draw in the last 16.

Salt of the earth pearse St flats types. They’ve been shaking down local businesses for support. I know a fellow who recorded their team song in return for fixing his car. Legends.
All the big sides went through tonight.
Last gasp winner for Wexford against Sligo.
janesboro keeping the Limerick flag flying in the blue riband of Irish soccer tonight !!!
One of my old clubs Ringmahon Rangers are out as well against Cobh Ramblers. Great draw for them but possibly missing a few key players and these pre season games never suit the Non league teams.
This is dogshit (by the sounds of it).
Keegan OUT.
Ccccuuuunnnniiinnnngggghhhhaaaammmm
Disastrous night for Galway sport.
