Wouldn’t go that far now, but i can highlight black mould in future and that ventilation is key. Cant be burning bridges when a 2 man job is needed

It is wood, and it’s the best tongue and groove stuff they had (6mm top or somesuch?)
It’s going onto poured concrete underfloor heating.
The floor is well dry been poured months. Heating on for three weeks now. Apparently you need to leave the wood lying in the house. The builder says a week, other friends say 4 weeks minimum.

incidentally i remember working on a new hotel job over a summer many moons ago and they were in a mad panic to open it… so much so that the dance floor buckled about 6 weeks after opening and they had to cancel a few events.
