It’s @Massey we’re dealing with here. He’s probably used whitewash at this stage.
Crow
Ah well when in Rome
Anyone got a smart lock on their front door?
This should be priceless.
Go on……
No im just thinking of getting one.
Sorry Fagan. I know nothing about them. But I wonder if your WiFi failed would you he locked out?
Yea, you can use a physical key to get in if the WiFi or power fails.
So you’d need a key or a key lock box. But I think you have one of them already.
What sort of price is 804 per tonne delivered from the quarry?
You should google your local quarry and give them a ring.
If you did manage to get a better price up the country, they would probably refuse to deliver it down your way anyway.
Ring Kelly’s of Fantane
A right shower of cunts.
I used work for them years ago. They wouldn’t post you out a cheque. You’d have to drive up to collect it.
And when you did they’d hand it to you in a sealed envelope. Out to the car to open it and it’d be rounded down to the neatest hundred.
Back in the complain and you’d be told the accountant was gone home for the day.
I accepted it after the first few times.
And you can probably guess what I did.
804 is a cunt to shovel

lucky to have a feckin key
Issue with the water pressure from the hot water tank - pretty much all hot taps the pressure has dropped off a cliff today. Air to water system - checked the tank and no error messages. The pressure gauge is flatlined though and no idea how to fill it on these new fangled systems. Any ideas?
04 - the motorised valve has an orange light on it, assume this could be indicating a fault?
Your pressure is at zero. It should be between 1 and 1.5 i.e where red hand is. You need to turn release valve to add pressure.
Find number 7 on chart.
I did that - opened it for the bones of a minute and it didn’t sound like anything was flowing. Pressure gauge didn’t budge
Dare I say that the motorised valve may be stuck. Unplug the connector. Give it a slight tap with the end of a screwdriver, before, during and after. Noting too viscous. It may be a little stiff after a long summer rest.
Other than that, call the pros…
When you say hit the valve where am I aiming here? The copper fitting behind the white box?
My assumption here is the valve has the light on is due to the low pressure
