Matt Carty was hilarious this morning on RTE - basically said the problem this time with saying “up the Ra” was the context ie there are lots of contexts in which it’s fine and that basically they should be only saying it away from the public eye.

I like both Banna Strand/Roger Casement, The Foggy Dew and Joe McDonnell song.
Following the election, its good to know that I can only like two of these songs anymore. I also like Sean South but I understand that is to be banned too. I’ll throw the fecking record player out if that belts out anytime in the future. Im just hoping its not a Fenian record player and keeps on playing!
