Into Season 2 on this now. Funny shit. And yes, very close to the bone.

She is very funny lady

I binge watched ā€œFleabagā€ last night and this morning.

Itā€™s very dark, sarky and thus enjoyable.

Itā€™ll be to your liking if you like ā€œThe Officeā€ and ā€œPeep Showā€, I think.

Happened across a BBC 2 show called ā€œRevoltingā€ there at 10pm.

Satirical, mostly political sketches. Looks very promising.

What about me I love peep show but hate the office?

The awkwardness is genius humour though, Iā€™m not a comedy snob but itā€™s more nuanced.

Early Doors was very good. Played on the Royle Family theme but no fault in that.
The two coppers calling to the kitchen were great fun.

Different strokes for different folks I suppose. I enjoyed the office and the ā€œthereā€™s been a rape up thereā€ is probably one of the things Iā€™ve laughed most at on television but overall I found it a small bit boring at times

What about you?

Yeah that was my question.

Dave Chappelleā€™s comeback special is brilliant. Heā€™s as good as ever.

Season 2 on bbc 1 at 10:35

Crime wonā€™t crack itself.

Iā€™ve been watching Cheers over the last few weeks.

An excellent little comedy.

A gem. A hugely underappreciated gem in the modern age. To come back from losing Longā€™s Diane, and to hit it so strong with Kirstie Alley was a testament to the casting and the writing. It started slow, and went off a bit at the end, but in the middle, it was sheer gold.

Iā€™m only at the start. Diane is very attractive lady.

She had a way about her.

The cast/characters are so strong though.

Sam
Diane
Coach
Carla
Norm
Cliff
Woody
Frasier
Miss Howe

And then some of the lesser characters were absolutely brilliant. the likes of
Paul
Lillith
Carlas dead beat husband Nick
The con man who kept coming back and catching
Gary from Garyā€™s bar
Lilith

Ah you could go on and on. Iā€™m sure Iā€™ve forgotten a sight of them.

Was a great show alright and it spawned itā€™s arguably better spinoff.

Big difference between cheers Frasier and Frasier Frasier.

While I would agree Frasier is superior, that in no way lessens how good Cheers was. Some of the Cheers episodes would hit Top 50 episodes of TV of all time easily.
