Prince of Darkness
Popped up on one of the fringe movie channels last night - prime John Carpenter - in my opinion it’s well up there with Halloween, The Thing and Big Trouble in Little China as his best work. Honorable mentions to They Live and Escape From New York.

Watched Stand by Me again tonight, my youngest wanted to see it, she’s the last in the house to see it now, I’ve probably seen it a dozen times, I’d say there’s no other movie I’ve seen more than three times
