in fairness, had Pele been born a couple of months earlier (or the 1970 world cup played a couple of months later), he would have accomplished the same feat.
he was 17 in 1958 and just shy of 30 in 1970
you have to score in at least 3 world cups, and the first and last have to be 12 years apart. A small number of people have done that, but almost all have been over 20 when they scored in their first world cup.

Ya itās a slightly quirky one as good few lads do 3 world cups but it might be 20 when they place in their first. Original Ronaldo scored in 3 and Klose too.
Klose scored in 4, non-original Ronaldo has done that now too
