How violent society in the south seems to be. I’m supposed to be coaching at a kids soccer blitz this weekend and a number of teams from all over the south are travelling up which is making me very uneasy. Them scenes in the game at Terryland Park last night is just more typical southerner behaviour, I’m not at all comfortable with exposing my players to that stuff at such a young age.

Was there a game at Terryland last night?

I may have been misleading calling it a game, more a pitched battle. Videos iv been sent are genuinely some of the worst I’ve ever seen at underage.

Tuam v Gort

I’m sorry you had to witness that.

Thanks pal, I appreciate that. Obviously the new Ireland will be far more civilised simply due to the balancing effect of adding us northerners to the overall whole, but we have quite a bit of work to do to address fully the violence that seems to be inherent in the southern psyche.

Thpught it was a game across in England. The state of them all dressed like English football hooligans. Tossers. The first lad on to the pitch didn’t seem to do much.

I need to apologise to the fine folks of Tuam. It was allegedly the Kilconly crowd v Gort.

Well do our best to integrate properly

I can’t make out what is happening there at all. When the soccer heads get out of bed they will surely be embarrassed about the scenes in Galway last night.
