A noble drink. My favourite gins being Daffys and Drumshambo Gun Powder Gin.

The quality of the gin and the quality of the tonic water are both key. Fever tree is an excellent tonic water. My favorite GnT is a Cantonic made with a shot of Sapphire, 1/2 shot of Domaine de Canton topped up with Fever tree. An excellent drink.
