Brian Murphy had a case for one - only played 3 matches but closed out two All Star forwards in two of those games

Yeah and he put manners on Podge Collins as well in the all ireland final replay.Anyway Shane O’Neill was the best full back in the country this year and it was the fact that we were so open out the field that caused the full back line to be taken to the cleaners in the all ireland final replay.Conor O’Sullivan is also very unlucky but they were always going to throw a token all star Limericks way.I think there’s better players on that Limerick team than Richie McCarthy.I also think Lorchan McLoughlin is very unlucky.He had a great league and great games against Kilkenny and Dublin.

That’s a fair point. I would leave out 7 or 8 of them seen as they were bet out the gate in Munster before going through handy qualifiers and needing two attempts to see off an average Cork side.

I suppose Cork made a better fist of things against Clare than Limerick did anyway! I think Fagan O’Dowds comments about Kevin Moran are bang out of order.If we had a warrior like him in our half back line then we’d be all ireland champions now!
