Thought Concannon deserved a strong shout but it would have meant leaving out one of the big names which wasn’t going to happen. And Bennett had to be in there.

Small margins. Galway were level with Limerick on the 72 minute mark in the All Ireland Semi Final. If Joe hadn’t been removed from the game by some roughhouse rugby style tactics, Galway would surely have won that one. Maybe the final as well.
