GAA All Star awards - sponsored by Ferrero Rocher. The chocolate of champions
Colin Ryan scored 70 points in the championship, had about 20 assists and beat limerick nearly on his own…ffs

He is more deserving than some of the Clare lads who would readily admit it!
How much from play? Harnedy and Sutcliffe were streets ahead of him as wing forwards

Colin Ryan not getting an All Star is a bigger disgrace than Whelehan not getting one that time. FFS sake. It’s beyond belief. Christ above. GGA journalists are some laugh.

Where would you put him?

Wings forward. He scored 70 points, please think about that for a second. As for scores from play. I made it somewhere in or around 10. He also set up scores in virtually every game. If you were at the games or had seen the Galway and Wexford matches in full you’d have a greater appreciation for how good he was. Look what he did against Limerick

Left half forward.

What a laugh. The Dublin media provide Dublin with 3 awards. This is known as “the Coman Goggin effect”. FFS sake.

You forgot to pluralise his surname.

Peter Kelly was excellent against Cork as well this year when they were under severe pressure.

Not enough for an all star mind

Sutcliffe? For FFS.

Dublin the new poster boys now that KK and Tipp are shite

Sutcliffe definitely deserved an All Star.

First time since 1981 that the All Stars are free of the scourge of Kilkenny and Tipperary hurlers.

Absolutely, Dublins most consistent forward

Further evidence to support the soft all-Ireland for Clare claims

Ooooooohh Richie McCarthy!! delighted for him well deseved.

Agreed, the sense of importance these cunts have about themselves is fucking laughable. Thank for for the Examiner, boy.

Go way to fuck with your talk about the actual All Stars here. This thread is for Red Lead’s quest to attend the awards.

And the first time since 1984 that Tommy Walsh, the violent thug, has not got one too.

No all star for Canice? Strongly worded letters are being furiously scribbled as we speak.

Brian Murphy had a case for one - only played 3 matches but closed out two All Star forwards in two of those games
