There are good games and bad games in all sports. There seems to be a thing in the GAA that every game needs to be an all time classic. Hurling pundits have been telling us for years that everything is great while Football pundits have been doing the opposite. That sets the narrative.
Some of the new rules have been very good like the “solo and go” and lack of backpass to the keeper, but the hooter, kickout and two pointers are unnecessary. Scores have been cheapened to a ridiculous extent.
