Absolutely, population is there as you alluded to. New clubs being set up. Naas are a good team and would win compete well in other counties. Maynooth coming now as well and will pick up a county.
That development Maynooth have is amazing. One club town as well with a massive population, if they don’t win a senior in the next few years I’d be extremely surprised.

Celbridge naas and maynooth all in that boat really. Massive population, one club, totally dual. It’s not easy to manage either in somewhat non traditional blow in areas. Naas seem to be cleaning up though.
