Most of them are because most of them haven’t thought about the issues as a whole in relation to how they affect the GAA as a whole.

Stack’s contribution there is one of the more thoughtful I’ve heard from the perspective of a player. He’s been going 18 months without a break. Conor Glass and some of the other Glen lads have been going for much longer than that without a serious break.

Where is the respite for players?

I kind of straight knock out club championship in October.

Extremely low key build up and it’s all very sad but you don’t even have time to digest the weekends results. It’s nearly like Dublin v Galway didn’t happen.
