Galway - quadruple travails part 2

Connaire the standout player for Sarsfield too by sounds of it.

Sean Loftus playing very well in forwards for Turlough.

What way is the hurling championship shaping up? I seen Thomas’s suffered defeat in their last game.
Are they falling off or are they still the team to beat?

Still the team to beat. Turloughmore absolutely flying the first two rounds. Loughrea have a good few injuries but if they cleared up they would be contenders too along with Clarinbridge. Cc @peddlerscross

Yep, that’s about the height of it.

Clarinbridge will win it this year.

I reckon so too. Loughrea if they had a full hand would go close.
Tommy’s will be hard beat all the same.

The Town will have a full panel back by the knockouts. They’ve done very well without Ryan and McManus.

Is Niland Jnr togging for the Bridge this year?

He was expected to play at the weekend but heard no report or anything of him featuring

He was injured for the first game according to Brady on the Maroon & White.

Too many injuries. McManus did his cruciate. Jamie Ryan’s injury is bad. Turlough’s to lose and hopefully lose it they will.

Amen to that.

I thought both were due back no? Or at least Ryan. I know Shaughnessy is back as of last week.

Cyril was saying Ryan had a bad hand injury and wasnt expected back any time soon.

Ah that’s shite. He’s crucial for them. I’d still rank them in the chasing pack with Turlough and the Bridge though ahead of Sars. I’d like to see Larkins kick on after the last day but I dunno if they can rise to that consistently.

Bad injury. Finger nearly taken clean off. From whst I hear he’s still off work.

Whats with the dislike of Turloughmore?

Is it true that they have 6 schools feeding into the club?

No chance

Bet their way to 6 in a row in the 60s, Phelim Murphy is from there and they blackguarded Eanna Ryan.
