Goal for McManus on his debut

I thought it was McLoughlin.
McManus was quiet up to that after takin a rattle early on. It was Galways first real foray down on goal. Wmeath should have buried a goal just before that but the number 22 for them saw his name in lights before securing the pass.
Seems no real style of game plan. A lot of ball carried into contact. Light lads like Murphy, Oโ€™Shea and Niland being turned over easily. Too much high ball into light forward line.
Shane Ryan has a bit of cutting to him.
1-11 to 0-11 to Gaillimh.

Hanney for Cooney

Kevin Hanney in now. Serious pedigree there. Father and paternal grandfather some of the few Killimor men to play for Galway. Ollie & Tony Kilkenny are his two uncles on his mothers side. His sister captained Killimor to a senior all-ireland camogie title and also won a senior inter-county AI medal.
