Looks like a big pad. You’ll be keeping her busy cleaning :grinning:

Hard to tell how big to be honest. It was what we got planning for. I can’t picture it in my head at all.
It’s all my savings gone though :grimacing:

There’s no pocket in a habit. Live in the now

What parish will you be in…

No wonder you were moaning about McDonald’s putting up the price of coffee!

The best of luck with it. You’ve been striving for this for a good while.

Bushypark I’d imagine

Tidy job. Will that be an insulated raft?

It would have been AAA rated but for me insisting on a fire.
The ground floor level is at the height of the wooden trestle things in the background, so there’s a fair bit in it yet.

Landing in the middle of a civil war. Lovely.

Concrete gone up 9% since yesterday, just in time for you.

Best of luck with the move Flatty. Did herself take much convincing?

Not yet Mike. :grimacing::grimacing::joy:

Best of luck with it @flattythehurdler. Home to make a similar move myself some day.

Best of luck kid. By the looks of the progress you will be moving in just in time for the 5 in a row. You can throw a Limerick hurling themed house warming party.
Complete with a good scap afterwards

On course to take an absolute hammering against Drennan and Co here in the U-20’s
