JJ Delaney I reckon. Paul Murphy saving the KK defence from meltdown so far
No.5 from Galway has had a nervous start.
If Galway dont win today they never will. Shocking shot selection from TJ Reid

63% of possession would make you think they should be further ahead, but strategic fouls on Joe and Burke has prevented overlaps that could have been converted to goals.
That was a splendid piece of play there from Galway, great close control, great handpassing, waiting for the opportunity to come and taking it.
I just cant see KK letting this go soft but henry who
KK aimless in possession.
Surprised to see so many of the same mistakes committed in the Leinster Final.
Cody’s had 7 weeks to prepare for Galway and looks to have failed again, very hard to see any way back for the cats now.
You were saying?
Barry Kelly is applying the rules today FFS sake.

That’s because Cody is a tactical dinosaur and can’t cope with what an astute coach like Cunningham throws at him[/quote]
Cody never seems to have a plan B. Relies on the leaders on the field to lift the team. That’s not happening so far.
Colin Fennelly took Kevin Hynes out there
that full back wont be coming back on. had started well too
Jaysus Hynes looks fucked, poor cunt, seemed accidental collision, he’s going to be a HUGE loss.
KK resorting to dirt now.
Seemed accidental on first viewing for me. Would like to see it again.
JJ delaney aint going to last the 70 mins I reckon. Yellow already but Canning will surely take him on one on one again before the end.
he had in fairness

Kelly has started to dish out yellow cards now. Should make some of the kk backs think twice. Murphy the only one holding his own do far.

These minutes could kill Galway yet.
Nice patch there for Kilkenny, I’d be worried about Hynes after that belt, but if he can make it to half time he might be ok.
Joe points this Galway can be very happy with their first half showing. Never seen this Kilkenny back line cleaned out so much to be honest, Tommy, JJ and Hogan being ate.
nice one from the KK keeper, handed Galway back a point there
