I think the Garda investigation into the death of Adrian Donohue isn’t making much progress - it’s fine knowing who did it but my feeling is that they’ve little concrete evidence. There were a couple of instances today where RTE in conjunction with the Gardai have emphasised that, even though there were 5 people involved in the robbery, it was only 1 person that discharged the fatal shot. Paul Reynolds mentioned it on the Six One News and now the investigating garda has made the same comment on Crime Call in a very pointed manner and the host chap ended the segment by repeating it. They’re also talking about rewards offered by Crimestoppers and the Irish League of Credit Unions etc. I don’t know why they don’t come straight out and say we want somebody to talk and we’ll do a deal with you.

The fuckers are useless. Twas one of their own killed Sophie Toscan, twas one of their own killed that lady in Galway, they know who killed Raonaid Murray (a detective told my dad the week it happened they knew who it was) but are reduced to last week calling for the killer to come forward because it’s still on their conscience (it was 14 fucking years ago, I’d say they’ve learnt to deal with it at this stage). Useless, so they are.

Corrupt bunch of fuckers. The case in Galway is possibly worse. That said, they’ve done their best to ruin Bailey’s life down below. I hope he fucking does them in the courts.

They made a seriously big deal of the yellow child seat from the stolen car also, weird really considering there must be 100’s or 1000’s of the units sold i’d guess if not more.
They must be trying to flush someone out.
