She told the court that another security man, from the nearby Pantibar, came over and said, âCome on, man, stopâ.
At this point, Parks claimed, the accused shouted to the bouncer: âDonât touch me, you black bastardâ.
She said she told him that it was disgraceful and disgusting language, and she began to record on her phone.
Parks told the hearing that she did not believe he was a garda or a superintendent and that she told him that if he really was, that was disgraceful.
She alleged he then hit the phone out of her hand and it smacked against the wall and then the ground.

A garda who was convicted of assaulting a teenager while arresting him has been given a three-year sentence with the final two years suspended.
Judge Pauline Codd said Lorcan Murphy, aged 32, of Pearse Street Garda Station had recklessly exposed the vulnerable 17-year-old to grave danger by flipping him upside down while handcuffed resulting in a fractured skull.
The judge said the force used was unnecessary and disproportionate as the teenager was lying face down and posing no threat.
Murphy had pleaded not guilty to two counts of assault causing harm, but after a trial last July, a jury found him guilty by unanimous verdict.
The trial heard the garda had âspear tackledâ and used a âleg sweepâ to bring the teenager to the ground after arresting him while trying to clear crowds who were drinking on a Dublin city centre street during Covid restrictions in 2021.
