General Election 2011

How is the polling going in your area and who would you like to see get in or not get in, 2REā€¦

Griffen for FG doing well, Iā€™m hoping he gets in, MHR is doing ok unfortunately. As I said earlier I thought Sheahan would be doing better so far as it looked for a while Griffen was the number 2 FG candidate down here.

McBreartyā€™s votes wonā€™t be going near Coughlan either I wouldnā€™t think.

Gerry Adams making his victory speechā€¦

Reports now that Dilly Oā€™Wee will have to be content just with ā€œsurvivalā€.

Crazy horse goneā€¦

Dark day in the Puke household, the auld lad informed me this morning he didnā€™t vote yesterday due to the fact that he couldnā€™t bring himself to vote either for or against FF and decided to just abstain instead

Howā€™s Ming getting on?

If tallies are anything to go by it looks like FF is bit higher than the exit poll. Couple of % in fact. Seems people werenā€™t keen to admit they voted FF.

That right there is largely whatā€™s wrong with this country.

Shite.

Was hoping something had happened to Varadkar there :frowning:

Aye, any word on Mingā€™s results?

Am I the only cunt in the country that voted FF?

Another Green obliterated at the polls, this time Paul Gogarty.

How is Deputy Stagg getting on?

Are FF behind this Twitter outage? I reckon so.

No more chariots for Pat

Ming full of fighting talk on RTE a minute ago. Dressed down for the occasion.

Vincent on TV3 now.

What was he saying? Did you see that docu on him where at one point he breaks into the RTE Radio studios to try and participate in a candidateā€™s debate for which he was not invited? Fair fucking play to him for today. An inspiration. Heā€™s a mean marathon runner too.

Galway East.

Connaughton 7218, Cannon 6818, Kitt 6527, McHugh 5592, Canney 5523, McClearn 5124, Broderick 4976

FG are gonna win 2 seats
FF will win one seat

The last seat is a battle between Canney(Ind), Mchugh(FG) and probably Broderick.

Michael F Dolan (FF) picked up at of Treacys flock and returned a respectable vote. Keaveney and Higgins must be disappointed. Labour fcuked up here, they should have run with one only.

Cannon got our vote out in Kinvara SW.

Vincent Browne predicting:
FG - 78
Labour - 36
FF - 17
SF - 16
GP - 1
Others - 18
