Is Eamon Ryan still promoting diesel engines?

i was at that game in thurles
cork hurling was at a low ebb post nicky english in the 87 final 1-17 all draw and donie o connell in the killarney replay, a trashing by tipp in the 88 munster final at the opening of the mackey stand in the gaelic grounds and the defeat by waterford after a replay in 89 that was seen as total ignominy , waterford went on to be hammered by tipp in the park in a televised MSHC final on a roasting hot day
The day of that game in question above in 1990 cork trashed them and went on to win an unlikely all ireland- their last until 1999 - between 1993 and 1999 they only won one championship game - beating kerry in the 1995 MSHC in Tralee the day graham stuart got the winner in the cup final
im a bit hazy on 1998 @Sidney - cork won the NHL but im pretty sure clare outmuscled them in thurles in a semi final

I doubt it.

We were spoiled by 1987, 1988 and 1989

1976-1980 was a golden era for sunny FA Cup finals

Contrary to our imaginations, FA Cup final day has typically not been sunny at all
