Cocaine isn’t cheap. It’s rampant again because there’s money again. Remember during the recession when the spate of “tiger kidnappings” went on? That was the drugs gangs turning to other sources of revenue because cocaine especially, and other drug use had dried up.

that’s horseshit and shows how statistics can be used to fuel any narrative you like… China is vast and a lot of it is wilderness. Take any Chinese city and the emissions will be far worse than Ireland. It’s offset in the statistics because of the size of the place.
