Sure they wouldn’t need a visa to come to Ireland so?

Has any Political Party or Group anything in their manifestos to tackle this Countries alarming packaging issues?

One example, Crisps packaging. Why is this not recyclable? Why isn’t the current packaging being recycled for another use like Insulation material?
Single use plastic is one thing but if you dig a hole around any house that is 35 years old you’ll more than likely find crisp packaging still not broken down.

A lot of modern playground soft surfacing is made from Recycled Tyres for example.

There has to be better uses for a lot of our waste and Landfills should be a option we should be eradicating.

That’s the best contribution I’ve ever seen from you on this site. Not an emoji in sight. Well done pal

One question, how would you tackle the freshness issue without the foil? Is there an alternative?

I don’t know the answer but how are some chocolate bars with foil type packaging recyclable.

From a health perspective this produce with unrecycable packaging should be heavily taxed until they change tact.

Agreed. Couldn’t they just ban single use plastics altogether in cases where an alternative is available :man_shrugging:
