I think weā€™ve secured nice place money. Joint 7th so I presume I collect the lot of the place money.

Dead heat rules so depends on how many tied. 3/5ths I make it.

They were paying 8th places though.

Tied 6th now.

Yeah but 5 guys tied for 6th I think. So pretty sure they treat it as dead heat.

Really so say Iā€™d a euro each way at 66s what do you think my return should be?

4 way time for 7th now so I think youā€™d have ā‚¬7.10 back for 1ew.

Had a whack off fleetwood for the Arnold Palmer at 24/1.

Bubba @50ā€™s Day @30ā€™s having a cut off these two this weekend. Reckon day will be right in the mix, heā€™s a winner here before and showing some form.
Bubba could be there come Sunday eve or miss the cut but I fancy him this weekendā€¦
Fitzpatrick @40ā€™s is a good value betā€¦ Was 2nd here last year

Fleetwood was third last year and Iā€™ve a feeling after the comments about him last week heā€™ll be like a caged bull this weekend. Iā€™ve had a right swing.

Ya suri tipped him up last week. He will be there or there abouts.

Sensational stuff from McIlroy heā€™s improving his putting. Other years heā€™d have bogeyed the 18th. Itā€™s those pars that are the key.

Weā€™ve had this before on day 1 this year

Yep but if you analyse his starts every year it usually has loads of these types of runs. Heā€™s putting much better now. Itā€™s still early in the season but he has put together a consistent 18 holes now itā€™s four rounds but itā€™s a huge improvement.

Heā€™s putting is defo improvingā€¦ If he gets it sorted he wonā€™t be touched on tour

Itā€™s improved hugely and the knock on effect will be interesting. Last year he bogeys the last and walks of despondent.

His pitching inside 100 yards is awful for a great ball striker. That puts huge pressure on the rest of his short game.

He is 20 foot away on average from 50-125 yards
This goes down to 18 feet from 100-125.

He cant hit the feel shots, they are desperate his wedges

Golf swings seem to be taking on a life of their own recently. Wolfe, Scheffler, DeChambeau are very unorthodox. Rickie Fowler now seems to be the latest to scrap the conventional swing in favour of something completely different.

Position at impact is all that really matters

Some strange rules in golf. McIlroy hits the ball in the water on 18 and is allowed drop the ball on the green.
